The first Brighton Marathon took place in 2010. With the London Marathon always over-subscribed many runners may choose to apply for the Brighton race instead.

Brighton Marathon Route
The route is relatively flat. Taking in the town and coastal roads runners will have great views with only slight undualtions near the start of the race.

* Registration Deadline : When the race is full.
* Race Charities : The Brighton Marathon supports and encourages participants to run for charities such as the British Heart Foundation and the NSPCC.
