The BigHeat Marathon is a trail race in Surrey based on the element Fire. There is also a 16 mile race.

BigHeat Marathon Route
The race follows winding dusty tracks, through sun-baked forests and the open sandy plains of The Devils Punchbowl and Hankley Common.

Runners start and finish at The Royal School in Haslemere, passing significant local sites, including Hindhead Common, The Devils Punchbowl, Hankley Common, Crooksbury Hill and Thursley Common.
