The AlSharqyah Marathon is a race across the stunning Oman Desert. It is part of the Oman Desert Marathon event, wich also includes the Oman Desert Marathon Classic, a 165 km four-stage desert race, as well as a 10K, 5K and 2K race.

The race follows a course from Bidiyah to the Al Wasil Fort.
