The Ticino Marathon is an enjoyable, scenic race, but somewhat lacking in spectators.

Ticino Marathon Route
The race is a double loop, run on paved roads with the start and finish located near the National Sport Center of Tenero.

The course is very flat, making it a fast course. Along the way there is amazing scenery, taking in surrounding farmland, snow-capped peaks, castles and a beautiful lake.
