The Palermo Marathon is a scenic low key marathon making it a relatively quiet race. There is also a Palermo Half Marathon.

Palermo Marathon Route
The route of the Palermo Marathon is flat-to-undulating, looping twice around the half marathon course. Runners start and finish in Athletics Stadium "Vito Schifani". They follow a route that takes them past Mt. Pelegrino, Mondello, down the Via de Liberta and via the courtyard of Capella Palentina, which includes narrow Sicilian streets, broad avenues and quaint Sicilian markets.

* Entry Fee : € 25 (until 14 Apr), € 30 (until 14 Jun), € 40 (until 14 Sep), € 50 (until 15 Oct)
* Registration Deadline : 15 October
