The Limassol Marathon offers runners the chance to "follow the steps of Richard the Lionheart". Also known as the 'Cyprus Marathon' the Limassol Marathon is accompanied by the Limassol Half Marathon and 10K as well as two 5K races and a 2K Kids Fun Run.

Limassol Marathon Route
The route is predominantly flat with a significant part of the race taking runners along the coastal road of greater Limassol.

The Limassol Marathon starts on the seafront of the Limassol city in the Molos area of the city. Runners are directed eastwards along the coast, before returning westward towards the finish line on 28th October Avenue.
