Dresden Marathon

Start Time : 10:30 a.m.
Number of Places : No limit. Up to 1,500 runners are expected.

The Dresden Marathon is well regarded by those who have taken part, having been described as fun and friendly. There are also the options of a half marathon and 10K, both also well-organised and much enjoyed.

Dresden Marathon Route
The route is very flat, so ideal for PB attempts. Starting at Pieschener Allee, the course is almost two laps of the half marathon route. The second lap is sufficiently different to keep runners interested, with sights along the route including the Dresden Royal Palace, Dresden Cathedral, the Academy of Arts, Frauenkirche and the Japanese Palace. Runner finish at the MARITIM Hotel Dresden.
